Pilates for Golf

Many golfers, including elite professionals like Tiger Woods and Annika Sorenstam, use Pilates as a vital training tool to improve their performance and prevent injuries. How? Pilates builds core strength, improves swing efficiency, increases flexibility and corrects muscular imbalances. I just returned from an enlightening continuing education workshop in Toronto on this very topic! This has inspired me to offer special golf and Pilates workshops at both Core Rhythm Pilates studio locations this spring. More information coming soon!
