Private Sessions:

A private session with a certified instructor is 55 minutes long and scheduled at your convenience. Your fitness goals and any health concerns are discussed before your session. Your personalized workout plan may include executing Pilates exercises on the Reformer or mat, on a fitness ball or at the barre. Private sessions are ideal for those with specific objectives and want a unique exercise plan or need to modify around an injury or condition.

Single session:  $60

Package of 4  private sessions:  $220 ($55 per session)

Package of 8 private sessions:  $400 ($50 per session)

Semi Private Sessions:

You and a workout buddy can schedule a class and have it designed for just the two of you utilizing the Reformer or mat, on a fitness ball or at the barre.  It is always fun to work out with a friend! Sharing the session lowers rates for a tailored fitness session. The studio can also assist you in finding a good match.

Single session:  $40 per client

Package of 4 semi-private sessions:  $140 per client ($35 per session)

Package of 8 semi-private sessions:  $240 per client ($30 per person)
